If you've got the screen lock set, you'll follow the steps below to disable the swipe screen:
1. From your device’s Settings, tap Lock screen & password > Set screen lock.
2. activate Skip swipe screen
If you don’t have the screen lock set, you'll also disable the swipe screen by following the trail below:
Before doing the steps below, you’ll got to enable the Developer options on your phone. To enable the Developer options, you’ll got to tap on the MIUI version 7 times within the device’s Settings > About phone.
1. From your device’s Settings, tap Additional settings > Developer options.
2. activate Skip screen lock

If you don’t have the screen lock set, you'll also disable the swipe screen by following the trail below:

2. activate Skip screen lock
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Passwords & security
- Tap on Screen lock
- Enter the current Pattern, PIN or Password
- Tap on Turn off screen lock
- Tap on OK
